Structure Incorporated was founded in March of 2009 in the state of Missouri by Dorothy Gardner as a general contractor with specialities in commercial tenant finish. For many years Structure’s primary source of work consisted restaurants and kiosks at the Kansas City International Airport. In 2015, Structure expanded into North Carolina to take on tenant finish projects in the Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh Airports. Structure Incorporated is a small women owned enterprise that brings many years of Airport interaction and TSA relationship experience to the job site. Structure is a SBA and certified KCMO WBE. 

Structure Incorporated is a Missouri based company that is registered to conduct work in the states of Missouri and North Carolina. As a General Contractor, Structure performs primarily commercial tenant finish work with a speciality in Airport tenant finishes. In addition to performing construction and project management, Structure is also signatory with the Carpenter’s Union and Labor's Union in Missouri.
